New Cook Book

This new paleo cook book has some delicious healthy ideas.  There are tons of recipes all waiting at the click of your mouse.  Paleo is the art of making normal recipes healthy by adding some vegetables as substitution.  Although it is not a vegetable and example is to add greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream.  It tastes the same when mixed but is much more healthier.  I stumbled upon this earlier and want to share it with everyone.  The price is very inexpensive for the weight losing healthy ideas you get from it.  Act fast because the prices can go up at any time.
